Absolutely outstanding experience with Bryan Long and Meridian Geomatics LLC. After calling a dozen survey companies and being told a quick turnaround wasn’t possible, Bryan answered my call and delivered a 3–4 day turnaround on a last-minute lender request. Their surveyor, Christina, was professional, thorough, and stayed on-site all day despite the cold. She even helped me to locate the water main shut off at the street, which no one could find amongst all the leaves. I’ve been a real estate agent for 24 years, and this level of service truly stands out. We’ll absolutely use them again; I highly recommend calling them first!
